Nice man, very creepy looking. Only thing bothering me is the position of that large front leg in the foreground. It's getting a little lost in his side, and the horn at the top of the joint is lining up in a tangent with the spikes on his back. Good job.
Cool character. It would also be nice to see some color variation. Like maybe he has an orange belly. Or maybe he has a bright pink chimpanzee ass. Or you know what would be totally awesome? is if he had a dude in his hands that he was tearing apart, and eating (which would explain the meat hanging from his already awesome teeth). Nice work man.
turned out great, I get a little bit of a zergling feel from him :). Perhaps darkening the drop shadow could help anchor him to the ground right now he is a bit floaty.
