I really like the photoshop coffee shop studies, it's a great idea. The lighting does indeed look good. Your color palette seems a bit off, though. The yellows and tans don't seem natural, maybe if they were pushed towards orange a bit more they would feel right. The reds/pinks seem a bit off as well. I'm guessing these were black and white and then overlayed with color? If so, I would be careful about color choices using this technique. Oh yeah, and nice mullet in the third one. An Eastsider in his natural habitat.

I love the bottom b&w environment. You really captured a lot of texture with really simple strokes. It's inspiring!
