Cool man, your zombie has a date! Looks nice and creepy, good pose and atmosphere. Be careful of the proportions on the legs. The leg on the right looks considerably longer than the one on her left, and judging by the pose I don't think it's a perspective issue, but I could be wrong. Also, the left leg looks to me like it's pivoted away from us, like the talon on her joint is facing us. If this is the case, I think that crease on her joint needs to be reversed. Oh, and the blood on her hand is blending right into the bloody limb, making it appear kinda like an extension of her arm. Alright, that's it, everything else is AWESOME.
I love this one the only thing standing out I can see to be improved is the wings. They are very static and limp feeling might have been cool to stretch them out a little and give the wing fingers some varyation in length.

Yeah dude, plus, the wings are transparent but the wing fingers in the BG totally disappear behind the front wing. WTF
